The Italian ship-builder has recently revealed the newest addition to their world class Super Yachts, the Petrus II Supreme 132. It’s yet to premier next month in the Miami Boat show but it has created a buzz among the sea faring community worldwide. The Petrus II is the first of Benetti’s new range of Classic Supreme line, and is expected to take the spotlight in the boat show. The Classic Supreme super yacht series will set the bar higher for all boats, which puts Petrus II at the pinnacle.
The design was entrusted to renowned naval architect Stefano Righini, whose passion for yachts created unequalled glamor and style. From afar, the Petrus II holds a bold, confident look which is refreshing step towards yacht design. Built with a twin MTU 12V 2000 M72 engine, it can run at top speed of 15.5 knots or cruise at 14.5 knots. The total blueprint defines it as a Benetti Class, with white exterior and black windows, and the unique yet timeless architecture.
It has the finest comforts that can be enjoyed at sea, with elegant interiors bearing the Francois Zuretti signature, in collaboration with the in-house Benetti designers. It is said that Petrus II has the best platform to date, with modern equipment and the latest naval technology. It can house 10 guests comfortably and a crew of seven people. Full height windows allow the cruisers to drink in the beautiful ocean view from the inside or soak in either one of the two Jacuzzis on the upper fore or the sun deck. Not to mention, the beautiful dining and lounging areas are so comfortably set in a window-enclosed deck, with exercise facilities set on the upper deck for a tranquil oceanic gym experience.
The 56-square-meter master suite is a prized on-board exclusive. The exquisite stateroom extends to the balcony on the port side for a private tanning recluse. It also has a private office and a his-and-hers bathroom with separate shower rooms that meets to a walk-in closet from two entrances. The massive bed is so inviting surrounded with a panoramic window and a large flat screen TV. The price has not yet been announced for the newest yacht but it will surely fetch a hefty sum befitting a Benetti luxury.
